Monika Rudnicka, Holistic Esthetician LMT
Monika Rudnicka is a dedicated licensed and Holistic Aesthetician, Massage Therapist (LMT), Reiki Master, Certified Hypnotherapist (CHt) and a part time herbalist with a passion for fostering wellness and healing through her work.
Since 2003, Monika has been fully committed to the practice of aesthetics, utilizing her expertise to enhance the natural beauty and well-being of her clients. In 2011, her interest for the body led her towards expanding her skill set by becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), furthering her ability to provide comprehensive care to those seeking holistic treatments.
In 2013, Monika realized her dream of establishing a private practice on the island of Nantucket, where she has since built a thriving sanctuary known as Monarch Face & Body. Here, she has fostered an environment of tranquility and renewal, offering a range of services that cater to the body, mind, and spirit. Monika’s commitment to holistic care has led her to explore diverse modalities over the past two decades, including Reiki, shamanic practices, aromatherapy, hypnotherapy, and sound healing, each of which she incorporates into her tailored treatments.
Monika seeks to facilitate profound relaxation and rejuvenation, allowing clients to experience a sense of balance and harmony.
For the past 40 years, Holly Ruth Finigan has been a student of life. Her college background is seeded in integrity, which began as an English Journalism major at the University of New Hampshire. An early adapter to social media, Holly’s used her super powers in connecting to create online communities built on trust. Holly is a truly genuine and empowering healer. She received open heart surgery on January 8th, 2018, and it shifted the entirety of her consciousness and physical presence. This came in the form of a spiritual awakening, which had her travel to Bali to study under Punnu Singh Wasu while taking Oneness Awakening Courses, mindfulness workshops, a grand master reiki training and a meditation teacher training.
Holly then integrated this wisdom and gifts around the heart to start fresh, with a new model of showing up online and offline through leading meditation, chakra breathwork and sharing conscious workshops around creating and consuming. She now works to help human spirits connect deeper to their higher Self and awaken to their true nature. In 2023, Holly fulfilled her writing dreams by publishing her first book– Wholeheartedly: the one you want to find is you.

Meet Dakota Dragon, your dedicated holistic esthetician here at Monarch Face & Body! Passionate about skincare and empowering teens and young adults facing skin challenges, Dakota goes beyond treatments to mentor and guide her clients towards healthier, radiant skin.
Her attention to detail shines through her brow shaping, tinting, and eyelash extensions. Starting her journey as an assistant at Monarch, she found her calling and pursued aesthetics, graduating in July 2023 and swiftly earning her license.
Embracing every opportunity to learn and grow, Dakota trained with Environ and Monika, the owner and master esthetician at Monarch. Today, she stands as a proficient provider of Monarch’s signature facials, delivering tailored solutions with care and precision.
