Covid-19 Update

Please note that our capacity and the number of clients we can treat per day had to be lowered in order to mediate required cleaning procedures for your safety and for health department regulations.

Following are guidelines to follow before coming into the office for your appointment:

  • Please fill out and email back the COVID-19 form attached to your appointment confirmation email.
  • Please wear your mask to the appointment. We both will wear one before, during, and after treatment.
  • Upon arrival to the premises, please stay in your car until we call you or come out to get you. This will allow for ample time to disinfect in between clients as well as keeping traffic in the waiting area to a minimum (parking is on a first come first serve basis in Anchor Village, so you may park wherever you see an opening, we are located in the last building before the exit)
  • We will both measure our temperature with a touch free thermometer upon greeting. We will both wash our hands before and after your appointment.
  • Therapists will be wearing a smock that will be changed between clients.
  • Please note that we will not have a front desk person this season but we will be checking VM and emails twice daily and will return them in the order in which they are received. Thank you for your understanding and patience. Please note that our phone number is a land line and is unable to receive texts.
  • There will be no walk-in services provided, per appointment only please.
  • Retail can be purchased during your appointment time. Orders may also be made by phone, email, or online and you will be notified as to when your order can be available for pick up curbside.

NEW STAFF

Monarch is excited to introduce Katarina, our new esthetician who specializes in Luzeryn oxygen facial and will be joining us for summer 2020 one day a week. Katarina has been an esthetician for the last 30 years and has worked summer seasons on Nantucket over the last decade and winter seasons in Florida. She is happy to share her expertise in oxygen facials with you this season as they’ve proven to help the skin rejuvenate and maintain its glow and youthful appearance. Please contact us for more info.
